I’m a dual-licensed sex and relationship therapist, welcome to my process.
My priority is to hold space, to shoulder you, and guide you through your most challenging experiences. Our work together is to rebuild and improve the foundation of your relationships starting with authentic restructuring.
My Philosophy
We all have sexual drives and needs that can be expressed in healthy ways. Sexuality is an inherent part of being human, yet people are discouraged to talk about it. My goal is to normalize and embrace our sexuality, while addressing common issues that arise in relationships.
Societal constraints and mixed messages from our childhood, media, unhealthy patterns, can create discomfort, self-loathing and suffering. None of this is necessary an I am here to help you.
Why Sex Therapy?
Of all the specialties to choose from, I find sex therapy to be the most fulfilling. I welcome the challenge to bring you and your partner closer, improving your connection, intimacy, and sexual pleasure. I want to be the mediator that helps eradicate social pressures, shame, and residual impact of trauma.
My Approach
I will collaborate with you to identify themes in your life and guide you towards your most authentic and truest solutions. I use a combination of interventions that will empower you to create and maintain choices in your life to sustain wellness.
Professional Experience
Over the years, I have specialized in sex and relationship therapy. I have experience treating BIPOC, LGBT+ communities, sexual dysfunctions, and couples. As a former lecturer at Cal State Los Angeles, I continue to conduct speaking engagements, mentoring colleagues, clinicians, and the general public on the significance of mental and sexual well-being.
I find great passion in bridging communication gaps and helping people explore their best sexual selves.
